Best thing you can do is go to go to the Aeroport de Bourget northeast of the center, cause this is the place where Paris Helicoptere operates. I went on one of those myself, it costs around 100 Euros and it takes you on a half an hour tour over Paris. Definitely book ahead. Visit www paris - helicoptere com to do that
