What new address? the UK embassy hasn't moved, believe me. I was there yesterday! I lived in Paris for almost 5 years now and the embassy is and probably will still be there in 50 year's time. On rue du Faubourg St Honore. The consulate is on rue d'Anjou, but that won't move either :)
