What, you wanna make a formal complaint about their hooligans? :P. The embassy is very close to th Franklin D Roosevelt metro station on av F. D. Roosevbelt. the consulate on the other hand is in another location on rue Marbeau, and to get there you will have to get off the metro at the Porte Maillot station
