There's no shortage of places where you can get your groceries in Paris, believe me :) One of the best rue commercantes as they call these open air markets is Rue Montorguell. Another option would be the supermarkets, especially those around the Forum des Halles. I used to use the Ed l'Epicier cause they have very good prices
