Why not a restaurant? anyway, your choice :) The best bistro I know of in the Les Halles area is the Aux Crus de Bourgogne. Located on rue de Bachaumont, this place serves delicious fish and seafood. Prices are extremely affordable, since you can have a 3 course dinner there for just 20 Eur.
