If by truely you mean authentic, or better said 2 century old furniture and interior decorations, then visit the Polidor restaurant in the St Germain district. It's a very popular restaurant with tourists, but prices are acceptable. It's on rue Monsieur le Prince and they serve mainly traditional home made dishes
