Dozens. At least in the Marais where I used to live. My favorite was this one called Les Amis de Messina, a trattoria where you can get anything from pastas to seafood. Prices are ok - I used to dine for around 10 Euro, but don't go there if you're not a football fan :) It's on rue de Faubourg St Antoine
