Chef Gerard Allemandou is probably the best seafood specialist in the world - he has even written books on that, and he cooks at the La Cagouille restaurant in the St Germain district. A fish or shelfissh dinner there will not cost you more than 30 E and you will feel that you have never had anything better. The place is in Place Constantin Brancusi,
