Not just vegetarian, but actually Indian vegetarian food you can have at this original little restaurant on rue des Bourdonnais called La Victoire Supreme du Coeur. I used to have dinner there for as little as 12 Eur. Try their fantastic salads. To get there you can take the metro to the Chatelet station
