A restaurant with a terrace in Paris? Well, probably half of them have a terrace. At least in summer. Still, the one that I really enjoyed dining at was this one called Chez Lena et Mimille in the Latin Quarter on rue Tournefort. Price range from 7 Eur for lunch to about 30 for dinner
