If you're not biased against Indonesian food you can try having lunch at this very cheap restaurant called Indonesia - original, huh :). It's on rue de Vaugirard at no 12, and you can taste some rijstafel or lumpia for as little as 5 Eur a dish. It's close to the Luxembourg metro station

It's a nice place but....I've lived in Indonesia few years and their cuisine is not as authentic as I wish it to be. What I mean is, they adapted the cuisine to the French taste buds and it's a shame but stille good!
