Not exactly a "grape festival" but rather a celebration of the harvesting of grapes, the Fete des Vendanges de Montmartre is held each year during the second weekend in October, after the harvesting of the grapes from the Close du Montmartre. Speeches, people in costumes and parades. Lots of fun. Worth visiting Paris during this period
