If you don't mind sharing a dorm with others, I mean if you don't have anything against sleeping in a hostel then you can always try to get a bed at the Centre International de Sejour BVJ Paris-Louvre. It's on rue Jean Jacques Rousseau and for a night there you'll pay nothing more than 25 Eur.
