I guess there are a few, but I can only tell you about the one I stayed at. It's called Auberge Internationale des Jeunes and I got a clean bed in one of their dorms for just 17 E in Oct last year. Showers and toilet are inside the dorm, so you won't have to crawl to the end of the hallway in the middle of the night. It's on rue Trousseau.
