What, no limousine service picking you up? Now that shouldn't be a problem. Although the Aeroport International Nice Cote d'Azur is about 5 km from downtown Nice, there is this shuttle service that connects it to the town and you shouldn't have a problem getting to your hotel quickly. And it's free too :)
