Oh, I guess there are. I know at least one cause I stayed there myself a few month ago. It's called Hotel Cronstadt and is probably the cheapest in Nice. I mean I only had to pay around 70 $ to stay there, but the amenities and the service make me fell like I was in a much more expensive hotel. It's on rue Cronstadt
