I spent a vacation in nIce myself and I stayed at the Hotel Westminster. It's a very good hotel - I think it was rated at 4 stars or something, and it onlycharges 200 $ a night. My wife loved it. Great location, great view, wonderful staff. It's on Promenade des Anglais
