I don't think you'll find anything cheaper than the 15 Euros a night beds offered by this hostel on ave Durante called Hotel Les Orangers. I stayed there last summer and I really enjoyed it. And not because it was cheap, but I also had a very good time. They also have a fridge in the dorms, which comes in very handy during summer.
