Nancy, Musee des Beaux-Arts

Head for the Musee des Beaux-Arts located in the beautiful square Place Stanislas. It contains a rich collection of paintings from the 14th to the 18th century with works bt Caravaggio, Rubens, Delacroix, Manet, Monet, Modigliani, Picasso, sculptures by Duchamp-Villon, Lipchitz and César. Also worth seeing is the museum's graphic art cabinet displaying hundreds of drawings, sketches and the Daum collection of glass from the Art Nouveau period till present days. Entry fee is 5-6 euro. Opening hours from 10 am to 6 pm Tuesday to Saturday.
