Musee Historique Lorrain of Nancy

Posted 1 year ago by patrick in response to avatar general's question: Please name an interesting place to visit in Nancy? thanks (give a different answer) .

In my recent visit to Nancy I went to see Palais Ducal a 16th century building, seat of the dukes of Lorraine and it houses the Musee Historique Lorrain. It is a very interesting place to visit as it combines two sections: history and fine arts with regional art and folklore. The palace is located on 64&66 Grand Rue, opened for visits everyday except Tuesdays, from 10 am to 6 pm with a break, I think, at noon. Entry fee for both sections is about 5 euro.
