Auberge de Jeunesse in rue Malpart - you can take the underground Mairie de Lille. It's a huge dorm beds kingdom, with spartan rooms up to 6 people in the same bedroom. You'll pay around 16 euros for your arriving day, while the subsequent ones will cost around 13, including morning meal. It's just a little bit better than placing your sleeping bag in the central square :)
