friendship's question: I'm involved in a Youth program that will take my group of students to Carcassonne for a week. I have a feeling that it will be terribly boring...is that town any good?(give a different answer) .
Don't be dumb...didn't you know Carcassonne is surrounded by the longest walls in Europe, with 2 miles length? Added to this, the old part of the town, named La Cite, is interesting, marking the border between France and Spain for centuries. Don't hesitate to enter the St. Nazaire cathedral as well, dating back to the 12th century. I took 400 pictures there last year...
