I fancy to have a look at the island of the Cistercian monks. I'm accommodated in Cannes.(give a different answer) .
Yes, it's not impossible to do that. The monks, that own the whole island, accept tourists to get inside their monastery and the seven chapels. You have to address Compagnie Esterel Chanteclair, who's setting boat trips for 10 euros. it's just a 20-minute journey, don't worry! hmm...you're lucky I still kept their number in my wallet: 04 93 39 11 82.
