Hotel Carlton in Cannes

Depending on how fast you get scared stiff. Personally, at the starting price of 265$ for a double room I'm already sweating heavily :) Yet, the hotel is a bijoux - it towers over the palm trees boulevard near the seashore and over the Promenade de la Croisette (palace). Its private beach displays angelic oily bodies, and you are likely to set eyes on a Paris Match face, movie star or renowned singer. Unless you're closely related to Madonna, Bruce or Brad, try book a room after the Cannes Film festival :)
