Where can I have traditional french meal in Besancon?(give a different answer) .
If you're interested in regional specialties at a very good price, head for the11 Place de la Revolution and ask for the local restaurant Au Feu Vert. It has a welcoming bright dining room, good traditional dishes at 9 euro for a menu. It is opened from noon to 10.30 pm. Try the gratin de saucisse de Morteau- it's a delicious cheesy potato and sausage bake.
