There's a cosy tiny hotel just below the towers of the local castle, so you'll enjoy a sparkling view over Annecy - I say sparkling, cause the lantern-lit city is truly beautiful at night. Feel more confident having the address? rampe du Chateau 16. Rooms range 45-60 euros for single and doubles, but cheap hotels are scarce from mid-July to mid-August.
