Where can I eat some Provencal specialities in Aix-en-Provence?(give a different answer) .
Le Dernier Bistrot shows a nice culinary mixture of bistro food and traditional dishes of this part of France. It's in rue Constantin, displaying 10 euro- lunch menus and 16 - 23 euros dinner menus. Sample some carpaccios, pesto soup and courgette flan, my idea...Yet, the cheapest restaurants in town are on rue Van Loo!
