Budget hotels are remote in the city..despite being a students' center, accommodation is expensive, and reservations well in advance are a must! Head for Hotel Paul, in ave Pasteur no. 10, they ask 35 euros for single rooms, 45 for double sized rooms. I stayed there a couple of days, I had no reason to complain...It's welcoming and has a pretty garden. On foot-traveller? Take minibus nr. 2 from La Rotonde!
